I have been playing guitar for a total of 17 years.
After studying music at high school, I went on to complete a year at the Academy of Contemporary Music, Guildford. Whilst studying at the ACM, Idecided to start singing and was performing in a couple of bands in my local area.
After leaving the Academy, I played in various bands, in many different venues where I gained lots of experience.
My passion has always been writing and recording my own material. Many different artists have influenced me over the years including Counting Crows as well as more unusual bands such as E.L.O and The Mamas and the Papas, although the roots of my playing has always been blues and this reflects heavily in the material that I write.
My songs are written mostly about my life, the people I meet, the dreams I have as well as the experiences that I've been through. A lot of the music on this site has been recorded with just me and my little old acoustic guitar.
As yet I have not gained any management or record label interest. Any takers???
